[Hmm, I wonder why so many felt inspired to contribute malicious pieces of inappropriate advice to add to 8 Legged DJ's list. Something about holiday guilt, I'd guess, or maybe all the inappropriate advice Cheney, Rice, et al. are giving to President Alfred E. Neumann, er, Shrub...]

[I'm liking his idea for giving during this frustrating time. I won't be putting in an order, not because I don't think Aaron will make good mixes, but because he makes cassettes, and I simply don't have the easily-accessed hardware to listen to cassettes anymore. John and I are planning to give a couple of compilation CDs for the holidays ourselves this year, stuff we've been listening to, though not all of it was released in the last twelve months. It's tentatively entitled "Bill & John's Excellent 2001 Odyssey." Very loosely themed "non-dance" and "dance." To wit:]
