[In other news, we have our Rochester out-of-town guest arriving tonight. The Brenda Agenda for her week-long visit so far includes: 1984 at the Cat Club tomorrow; Sonoma on Saturday, spilling into Sunday (that case of $2.99-a-bottle La Luna Tempranillo from Trader Joe's is but a distant memory...); Richard Skipper doing Carol Channing at the Friendly Neighborhood Cabaret; and Billy Idol at the Warfield on Monday.]

[At some point in all this madness, I'm supposed to make an early morning journey to the DMV to renew my driver's license. My current one was acquired when I still lived on 14th Street; there's something weird in thinking that I've gone thru a whole license period living in San Francisco.]

[Also, the fabulous Mulher is due for a visit. Cocktails, cocktails, and then a nap!!!!!!]
