Or Maybe I'm Taking The Whole Thing Way Too Seriously

[Needing to express myself regarding the retirement of two blogs which have become a part of my daily routine (and one which I'd only recently begun to read), I scanned thru a few who soldier on, and came upon Kurt's entry, which said all I wanted to say.]

[Except, couldn't y'all have left your archives up? Am I the only one who occasionally recalls an especially apt turn of phrase or link on someone else's blog for which it is useful, even pleasant, to search? This question leads one back to the purpose of this whole enterprise: do we do this for our own edification and amusement (a la Earnest), or that of our imagined reader's (a la...er, the same, since I just dug thru Jonno's archives to find the quote, which I always fancied was in response to one of my old entries)?]
