IRAC-ing In A Winter Wonderland

[(Prompted by law exam withdrawal, and by a newbie coworker at the Cute Vic (where we're all getting a little sick of Christmas music over the lobby loudspeakers), who asked, "who exactly WAS Parson Brown?")]

while the facts do not state the crime in question, and "to face unafraid/the plans that we made" is not listed in the state's penal code, the lovers "conspire."
