War, War Is Stupid, And People Are Stupid...

[En route to and back from a delightful and much needed massage in a live-work loft on Potrero Hill (yay, live-work lofts being used for living and working!), I had plenty of time to view the massive anti-war rally in San Francisco's Civic Center. I tried to decide what my sign would say - wavered between a simple "PEACE...of course!" to "WAR: I Thought The GOP Was Supposed To Be AGAINST Expensive And Intrusive Government Programs." Neither thrilled me, but much of what I saw did.]

[Of all the great anti-war songs out there, why is it that the one I can't get out of my head is Culture Club's idiotic "War Song"?]

[We're in a frenzy of preparation for the trip to London. Depart Thursday late afternoon, redeye to Heathrow, and eight nights in Old Blighty, one night of which will be in Brighton, where we'll see an old friend (Warning! Link starts her new, derivative-of-New-Order single right away...), at a rare, low-key promo appearance. Very excited, hoping to relax, hoping to write a complete, yet non-run-on sentence.
