[Seriously, this feels like the kind of Friday when someone's gonna OD or die in a car crash or seroconvert or register Republican or something. Let's all get a grip.]

[Find a dog. It can be your own dog, or borrow someone's. Busy friends on deadline are always happy to find a dogsitter for an hour or two. Go to your nearest green meadow (dandelions optional) and roll around with the dog in the sunshine, letting Fido lick your face and your mouth (don't worry about doggy French kisses, they won't hurt you) and laugh and do it some more and then toss a frisbee or tennis ball and play fetch until Spot's exhausted.]

[Do this for me, because you need to remember how really great this world is. And I need you to see it and feel it and know it. Now.]
