Uncle Huntington

[Audrey Helen Jonas, born San Francisco, October 17, 2005, about 5:00 a.m. 7 lbs., 7 oz., mother and baby doing fantastic. Grandparents goofy. Less than three hours labor, only about 90 minutes of which were in hospital, the staff of which has already nicknamed Audrey "the Bullet," a nickname that may be kept current until she plays her first girls softball game in about 2012.]

[She slept soundly through her uncle holding her in his tremulous arms. (The same uncle, by the way, who gets split the pool money with whoever picked Oct. 16 P.M. I can use the money.)]
