iPod, Therefore I Am

[I know you all read Aaron, right? I mean, c'mon. So I probably don't need to tell you that he's been playing medium to the amazing psychic energy generated by his iPod, right? Give him a question, he lets the gadget pick three random songs in answer, and the results are eerily presicent and somehow reassuring.]

[I plumped for some iPod-derived truth the other day. My results are bracing and...yes, reassuring.]

[Why did I ask that particular question? I dunno...does anyone else feel like there's this immense shoe that's about to drop? Personally, it's got to do with the fact that I've decided to take the California Bar exam in July. Ohmygoohmgodohmygod. That raises so many past, present, and future doubts, hopes and fears that I just can't list them right now. In a greater sense (y'know, politically, socially, culturally), I can't help feeling we're all on the verge of something big. I wanted iPod's reassurance that we were all gonna be here after whatever it is happens.]

[Gloria Gaynor, as always, tells us to keep hope, disco darlings; the mirrorball spins right round, baby, right round no matter what. That's awfully good to hear from a little pile of microchips encased in metal and white plastic.]
