Many Happy Returns of the Day

[Our local PBS radio affiliate's story to accompany World AIDS Day today was a call for all the local agencies that pioneered the widely emulated "San Francisco Model" for treatment to get together for a sort of immunological loya jirga to talk about reworking the 25-year old system in response to the changes of especially the last decade.]

[The message was we'd better be prepared to do more with less, since federal funding for HIV/AIDS services can be expected to continue to decrease, even with Nancy "San Francisco Values" Pelosi and the Democrats running Congress.]
