[Dinner with Sean at his place Wednesday night, after ransacking the South of Market Trader Joe's:]

[Stoneground crackers;
Brie;
Sopressata salami.]

[Parducci pinot noir.]

[Pork loin, seared in olive oil then roasted;
Sauce au jus with garlic, shallots, mustard, red wine, fresh tarragon and lots of butter;
Cous cous with mushrooms and red bell peppers that had been sauteed with lots of cumin, and fresh tomatoes and crumbled feta tossed in at the last moment;
Steamed spinach leaves with grated nutmeg.]

[Rhone de Robles red;
Kif;
Strawberries in vanilla yogurt, granola, and honey;
Two hours of Rome: last season's finale and this season's premiere - TiVo ain't all bad.]
